Testing the Ouchi illusion. It is interesting how a motion pattern interacts with a motion subject.
Maybe a 3D test with some Ouchi mapping would be interesting, by having a 3D perspective-dynamic on the pattern.

I am starting to experiment with some AV*ab.
The idea was to begin playing on a dynamic development working with moire and signal distortion.
The music is from Trans Am.

These are the initial audiovisual boundaries at basic physical stimulus perception:
Pretty dumb, right?
I just thought that playing somehow with those boundaries could be interesting.
An almost un-hearable sound?
A subtle chromatic difference?
Signal distortion because messing with the extremes?

PRELIMINARY CONCEPT PROPOSAL

The Project will be centered on the study of the audiovisual (AV) stimulus with special emphasis on its boundaries & aberrations (*ab).
Perception Theory will be applied to explore and take advantage of the Media Possibilities.
An illustrative audiovisual piece will be produced.
